Job Description

Technology and AI Graduate Programme

Technology is transforming the way organisations operate — from how they make decisions to how they serve customers and manage risks. On PwC’s Technology and AI Graduate Programme, you’ll work with emerging technologies to help some of the world’s most significant organisations deliver change at pace.

You’ll be hands-on with technology, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, global tech partners and clients to solve real business problems. From protecting against cyber threats to unlocking the power of data, you’ll develop both technical expertise and commercial insight, building future-proof skills in a fast-evolving field.

What you’ll do

  • Design, build, test and implement the latest technologies
  • Collaborate with engineers, analysts, consultants and project managers
  • Apply creative problem-solving and design thinking to client challenges
  • Work with leading tech partners on innovative solutions
  • Build technical knowledge alongside strong business understanding

Available areas

  • Cybersecurity: Protect organisations from evolving cyber threats by designing secure systems, identifying vulnerabilities and safeguarding critical data.
  • Engineering, Data Science and Analytics: Help clients harness their data to drive AI applications, generate market insights and enable smarter decision-making. (Some roles may require a STEM degree).

Who can apply

  • Graduates from any discipline (specific subject requirements for certain technical roles)
  • Curious, agile thinkers who enjoy solving complex problems
  • Passionate about technology and its impact on business
  • On track to pass your degree and eligible to work in the UK

Professional development

While there is no professional qualification in this pathway, you’ll follow structured learning pathways to build both technical and professional skills, supported by PwC’s extensive training and career development resources.

Application process

  1. Apply online via PwC careers site
  2. Complete online assessments
  3. Take part in an on-demand video interview
  4. Attend a virtual immersive assessment centre
  5. Final interview with a senior leader from your matched area
