From major transactions to digital transformations and sustainability strategies, you’ll help clients solve their toughest problems, unlock value and deliver growth.

At PwC, we combine deep industry knowledge, business expertise and cutting-edge technology to create clarity and insight for our clients. You’ll be part of multi-disciplinary teams, collaborating across PwC and client organisations to deliver solutions that make a lasting impact.

What you’ll do

  • Solve complex challenges for clients through insight, creativity and analysis
  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable outcomes
  • Advise clients on transformation, transactions and performance improvement
  • Gain exposure to senior business leaders and global organisations
  • Develop technical, commercial and professional skills through structured training

Available areas

  • Deals: Support clients with mergers, acquisitions, restructuring and other complex transactions, helping them maximise value.
  • Management Consulting: Help organisations improve customer experience, optimise financial management, drive operational efficiency and deliver strategic outcomes.
  • Sustainability: Guide clients in embedding environmental, social, economic and governance considerations into their strategies and operations. (Some roles may require sustainability-related modules at university).
  • Technology Consulting: Advise clients on selecting, implementing and supporting business-critical technology as part of wider transformation programmes.
  • Economics Consulting: Apply economic principles to analyse trends, conduct research and provide insights that help organisations make informed decisions. (At least 50% of your degree modules must be economics-based).

Professional qualifications

Depending on your area, you may study towards a professional qualification such as ACA or ICAS. You’ll receive dedicated support from tutors, talent coaches and PwC’s Professional Qualifications team throughout your journey.

Who can apply

  • Graduates from any discipline (specific subject requirements apply for Economics and some Sustainability roles)
  • Curious, creative problem-solvers who enjoy using data and insight to tell compelling stories
  • Collaborative team players who thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Eligible to live and work in the UK

Application process

  1. Apply online via PwC careers site
