Overview:

Brodies have a great opportunity for a Digital Support Apprentice to support their Founder and the rest of the team.

What’s involved?

  • Working in the facilities team as first response to all incoming enquiries, problem solving and ensuring calls are transferred and messages passed on accurately to internal stakeholders.
  • Becoming the business superuser of imanage (a bespoke CRM system designed for Brodies within data management) and working collaboratively across teams supporting colleagues where required.
  • Becoming an expert in Connect their internal system for diary invites and setting meetings up for internal stakeholders
  • Managing shared diaries through Outlook for directors across the business.
  • Sending out business terms and conditions to new clients via adobe sign
  • Other ad hock duties such as arranging business events such as team building exercises.

What do they need from you?

  • Excellent customer service skills and clear communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent personal presentation skills.
  • Prepared, organised and able to prioritise work efficiently and to strict timescales.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be a strong team player.
  • Good communication skills.

Salary: £17,000 - £19,000 per annum.

Working week: 35 hours per week, between the core hours of 7:30am and 6pm.
