Müller are looking for enthusiastic second year students to join their 13-month industrial placement scheme in July 2026. There are a range of roles available. Please note that you can express an interest in multiple roles and your preferences will be noted at the interview stage.

What are the roles?

Müller Milk and Ingredients Category Team Intern 2025

• Location: Our roles are home-based but will require regular travel to our main office in Droitwich, other UK dairy sites (Glasgow, Manchester, Market Drayton, Stonehouse or Bridgwater) and retailer head offices.
• As an intern, you will have the chance to analyse product and data, generating key business insights and supporting the launch of innovative products while developing invaluable skills to utilise in future careers.

Müller Milk and Ingredients Commercial Team Intern 2025

• Location: Shropshire - Home based with travel between sites.
• In this role, you will work with major retailers to help ensure that Müller remains the number one supplier in the UK by supporting key projects, delivering insights and contributing to the success of the business.

Müller Milk and Ingredients Demand Planning Team Intern 2025

• Location: Shropshire or Gloucestershire
• As a Demand Planner intern, you will be at the heart of decision – making, ensuring the forecasts align with key business activities, including new product launches, seasonal events, as well as business gains or losses.

Müller Milk and Ingredients - Ingredients Team Intern 2025

• Location: Manchester or Market Drayton – hybrid
• Müller is offering a 13-month for ambitious students who want to gain hands-on experience in both supply chain planning and international customer operations. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to gain insights in Ingredients Customer Operations team. All roles operate on a hybrid basis, and while based out of our Market Drayton office, some travel to Müller sites and customer locations will be required.

Müller Milk and Ingredients Demand Planning – Supply Chain - Team Intern 2025

• Location: Shropshire or Gloucestershire
• As a Demand Planners at Müller, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain by analysing marketing and sales data to accurately estimate future demand for our products. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience and work collaboratively across multiple departments, such as Commercial, Finance, Category Marketing and Operational Planning. You will be at the heart of decision-making, ensuring the forecasts align with key business activities, including new product launches, seasonal events, and business gains or losses.

Müller Yogurt and Desserts Project Management Team Intern 2025

• Location: Shropshire – Market Drayton.
• This exciting opportunity will enable you to gain hands-on experience in managing diverse business projects. As an intern, you’ll be part of a business function, working closely with teams to define, plan and execute impactful projects.
• The Commercial Project Team oversees project methodologies, tools and training, while managing large-scale, complex projects such as launching new manufacturing lines, releasing innovative new products, or implementing cost-saving initiatives across the business.

Who can apply?

• UK Driving License: Must hold a UK driving licence for at least one year with at least one year of experience driving currently.
• Right to work: You must have a full Right to Work in the UK.
• You must be on track to receive a 2:1 or above in a degree or equivalent qualification.
• You can be studying towards any degree to be eligible for this role. It is also recommended if you are undertaking a Maths, Statistics, Business, Supply Chain or Procurement degree. Please note this is desirable but not essential.
• You must be in your second year of study and due to undertake a Placement/Sandwich year as part of your course, due to graduate in 2028 or 2029 if you are completing an Integrated Masters.
• Organisational skills: Effective time management and high attention to detail
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills: Making data-driven decisions to solve problems.
