Our Finance Launchpad Programme is designed to give you:

• Hands-on experience across different areas of Finance
• Technical and professional skills training
• Full support to achieve your chosen qualification (CIMA or ACCA)
• A strong network of mentors, peers, and leaders
• A permanent role with long-term career prospects

You’ll rotate through teams, build your knowledge, and contribute to real projects that make a difference. And as you grow, you’ll help shape the future of Beazley by supporting the next generation of apprentices and graduates.

Who Can Apply?

We’re looking for curious, motivated individuals who want to build a career in finance.

Entry Requirements:

• 3 A Levels (Grades A–C) in any subjects
• 5 GCSEs including Maths (A) and English (C)
