About the Apprenticeship

As a People and Sustainability (HR) Apprentice, you’ll rotate through three key areas of our HR function over 18 months:

  1. HR Operations – Get hands-on with the foundations of HR.
  2. Learning & Development, Reward & Benefits, or Talent Acquisition – Tailored to your strengths and interests.
  3. Final Rotation – Deepen your experience and prepare for your next step.

By the end of the programme, you’ll be ready to move into a full-time role in our People & Sustainability team – or even progress to a Level 5 HR qualification!

Entry Requirements

  • 3 A Levels (Grades A–C or equivalent)
