About the Programme

Join us on a 2-year journey as part of our Data Graduate Programme, where you’ll help shape the future of our data-driven culture and contribute to building a world-class Data Office.

Whether it’s supporting decisions around major sporting events or helping underwrite space missions, data is at the heart of what we do. You’ll rotate across key areas such as:

  • Data Governance
  • Data Analysis
  • Data Engineering
  • Data Science
  • Product Management

You’ll also gain exposure to teams like Finance, Underwriting Operations, Cyber, and Actuarial — giving you a holistic view of how data powers our business.

Professional Development

We’ll work with you to select a qualification that suits your goals. Current graduates are pursuing:

  • Level 7 Artificial Intelligence & Data Science (Master’s level)
  • Bespoke data bootcamps

You’ll receive a structured development plan, mentoring, and access to senior leaders who sponsor your growth.

Who Can Apply?

  • A 2:2 degree or above in any discipline from any university
  • Some familiarity with programming languages like SQL, Python, or R is helpful but not essential
