Current Team Information
Savills is the UK’s leading real estate service provider, working with a wide range of property types—from critical national infrastructure and iconic rural estates to major urban developments and property portfolios. Our clients span both the public and private sectors.
The Environment and Infrastructure department, part of the Savills Planning Division, focuses on managing environmental impacts and sustainability for major development projects. We provide expert consultancy services on UK infrastructure projects such as energy systems and carbon capture, helping to deliver net zero outcomes. Our work involves shaping sustainable developments, ensuring environmental protection, and navigating regulatory frameworks to support project delivery.
We work closely with Savills Earth, a multidisciplinary team of over 100 professionals including engineers, energy consultants, environmental economists, and researchers. Our presence spans the UK, including offices in Brighton, London, Leeds, and Manchester, and we work alongside other property services to deliver cross-disciplinary advice.
The team is expanding and is actively seeking to grow its capabilities in environmental and consents management, air quality, climate change, acoustics, and health/social impact assessment, including a yearly graduate intake.
About This Role
As a graduate consultant, you will gain wide-ranging experience across our services. Daily tasks may include managing complex multi-disciplinary environmental assessments, producing high-quality reports, conducting baseline air quality or acoustics surveys, modelling carbon emissions or climate risks, advising clients, and supporting sustainability strategies.

We welcome applications from recent graduates or early career professionals with 1–5 years’ experience.
