In London our teams specialise out into professional services and project management teams, whereas in our regional offices we provide the wider service out of a single team.

Building Surveying:

Our Building and Project Consultancy service provides bespoke end-to-end specialist solutions that can be applied across all technical aspects of a property lifecycle. This includes advisory roles on the acquisition, development, ownership, occupation, sustainable retrofit and disposal of individual assets and portfolios across all property sectors.

Our teams work closely with a range of institutional clients across the UK and Europe, including commercial property landlords, investors, banks, and occupiers, understanding their specific business objectives to provide clear holistic advice in relation to their property interests.

Project Management (Construction / Property):

Our national team of project managers include specialists in every property sector and corner of the market, allowing us to apply specific yet broad expertise to office, industrial, logistics, mixed-use, retail and residential development projects. Bringing together expertise from chartered building surveying, project management and structural engineering backgrounds, we offer a truly national service. Our project management teams work for investors, developers, landlords, owner occupiers and tenants, managing the development, refurbishment or fit-out of property across the full range of sectors.

Our work covers all aspects of project and programme management, including the employer's agent role, risk management, procurement or programming, contract administration and strategic project consultancy.
