Programme Overview

If you have A Levels or equivalent, this is your path to earning a degree-level qualification while working full time at Barclays. Combine professional experience with academic study in areas such as Technology, Compliance, Finance, Risk, Operations and Retail Banking.

Locations: UK-wide, including London, Radbroke Hall, Glasgow, Northampton

Duration: Up to 3–5 years

What You’ll Do

• Take on real roles from day one, blending office projects with academic or online study
• Receive structured training, mentorship and guided development from your Programme Support Manager and peer community
• Gain a professional or degree-level qualification without leaving your job

Graduates with A Levels or equivalent qualifications who want to earn while they learn. You do not need a STEM background to take part, just determination and potential.
