Programme Overview
Jump into a full-time role from day one, earn a salary, and work toward qualifications equivalent to two A Levels. Barclays’ Foundation Apprenticeships offer real work in areas such as Technology, Operations, Customer Service and more—all with a permanent job secured straight away.
Locations: UK-wide, including Radbroke Hall (Knutsford), Glasgow, Northampton, Manchester
Duration: 2 years
What You’ll Do
- Contribute to live projects in your business area
- Gain industry-specific training with ringfenced study time
- Get support from a dedicated Programme Support Manager and talent coach
- Connect with a vibrant apprentice community across the UK
Who We’re Looking For
Applicants aged 16 or older with five GCSEs including Maths and English. We welcome people from all backgrounds—whether you are just starting out, changing careers or re-entering the workforce.
