As a Business Systems Apprentice, you'll combine business skills with data analysis, working with different teams to improve processes and help the business run smoothly.

Role Mission:

As a Business Systems Apprentice, you will begin a learning journey that combines business skills with data analysis. You will help turn business needs into practical solutions, using tools to support smart decision-making.

Your role will involve working with different teams, collecting and analysing data, and helping to improve business processes. Initially, you will work in Customer Operations (Customer Care, Order Processing, Returns) to understand how the systems work, and later, you will support these systems within the back-office team.

You will work with Analysts and Senior Analysts to learn important skills, such as analysing data, solving problems, and performing tests to ensure systems are working properly.

You will also help with business systems like ERP (software used to manage different parts of a business, such as orders and inventory), Customer Relationship Management, CTI (technology that helps manage phone calls and customer information), eCommerce, and quotation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot user issues, resolve them, or escalate to the next support level as needed.
  • IT Administration: Set up new users and modify user permissions.
  • System Testing: Support Senior Analysts with testing new systems and process changes.
  • Data Reporting: Work with data to provide reports and analytics for operational teams.
  • Process Automation: Automate tasks and processes using tools like Power Automate and Python.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary and attractive bonus scheme.
  • Employee Share Ownership Programme.
  • Pension scheme and generous life assurance.
  • 28 days of annual leave plus public holidays.
  • Holiday buy and sell programme.
  • Flexible working arrangements (role dependent).
  • Hybrid working arrangements (role dependent).
  • Access to health and wellbeing support.
  • Volunteering opportunities.
  • Access to employee discounts (including fitness, shopping, and dining).
  • Access to the Open Talent Market Portal (includes internal job opportunities, mentors, and global projects).
  • Access to the Learning Portal (supports continuous learning with a range of content).
