You’ll rotate through various teams within Finance, including Finance Operations, Financial Planning & MI, Financial Control, Financial Reporting, and Treasury. This rotation will equip you with a broad working knowledge of these disciplines, setting you up for success and specialization in a particular area by the end of the programme. Motability Operations provides worry-free mobility solutions to over 700,000 customers and their families across the UK. Customers exchange their higher rate mobility allowance to lease a range of affordable vehicles (cars, wheelchair accessible vehicles, scooters and powered wheelchairs) with insurance, maintenance and breakdown assistance included.
