Placements for July 2026 start include:

• Asset Risk and Pricing – Work at the heart of our commercial decisions. You’ll explore data, spot patterns and help us understand how we price, plan and protect a fleet of over 800,000 vehicles
• Business Risk Analysis and Insight – Join our dynamic team, where you’ll help develop advanced risk analysis and business insights to shape strategic decisions and drive impactful change across the organisation
• Software Engineering – Join one of our software engineering squads and be part of the future of mobility. Our teams are using technology, AI and innovation to build smart software that meets our customers’ needs – all while ensuring the Motability Scheme continues to provide access to freedom and independence
• Electric Strategy and Innovation – Play a key role in the transition of the UK’s largest car fleet to electric, designing customer-led solutions that make electric driving simpler, more affordable and more accessible to all
