I am working in the Sustainability team in the Procurement function, I work with and support the ingredient and manufacturing teams on reporting internal and external Sustainability KPI's.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am able to learn different areas and expertise which help me expand my knowledge on topics which I haven't learnt about before.

Yes I have learnt new skills such as time management being able to work in the given timeframe. Adaptability and Flexibility.

I have received loads of support from Mondelez on various topics including (not limited to) assignment deadlines, to flexi-leave, to mentoring, advising. At Mondelez, everyone is ready to offer support.

I have receive good support from my module tutors as they provide feedback on assignments.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

In some of my modules, I have to do presentations so having the ability to practice presentations in a less stressful environment has increased my confidence and familiarity on presenting in my job role.

There are so many extra-curricular activities that I can get involved in at work so as inclusion networks, volunteering etc.
