I'm a Sales apprentice who rotates role each year. My current role is customer category development, which is a essentially a data analyst for a specific one of our customers, helping to create selling stories and inform business decisions.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my the sales programme at Mondelez. At Mondelez I'm treated like anyone else and given the trust and responsibility to work on important projects. Everyday is different which keeps things exciting.

The university of Kent provide plenty of support to help me achieve my academic potential. They're also already helping me to work towards my end project ahead of time
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The degree is a mix of theory and practical learnings which at times link and help me grow at work but other times the theory we learn isn't necessarily applicable to the real world.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, Mondelez have a couple groups to get involved in which can be purely social or are ways to give back to communities at work.
