Overall, how would you describe your experience at Mondelez?
Amazing experience so far. Everyone is super friendly and helpful, which I think is rare for a company this size. I've been able to get substantial responsibility and make an impact in the teams I've worked with.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Month-end and forecasting, business partnering with Sales, Sales Revenue Planning, and Marketing, using SAP SAC data and performing analysis to provide insights on performance, variance analysis
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

Almost entirely manager-dependent, so far lucky with both managers I've had.
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

Full funding for either ACCA or CIMA (including tuition) for finance graduates, with paid study leave per exam, an excellent employer pension contribution, a flexible working policy, and an annual work-abroad allowance.
