Our craft and technical apprenticeships are an ideal pathway for school leavers, offering the chance to gain practical skills and earn nationally recognised vocational qualifications, such as NVQ and BTEC certificates.

For those seeking to combine on-the-job experience with higher education, our degree apprenticeships are a fantastic choice. These programs allow you to work at a cutting-edge aerospace company while simultaneously earning a bachelor's degree from one of our partner universities, with all tuition fees paid for by Airbus. With programs spanning a wide range of disciplines from engineering and manufacturing to business, digital technology, and supply chain management.

Our placement programmes last 12 months and are designed to put your theoretical knowledge into practice and gain crucial industry experience. The skills and knowledge you gain will improve your chances of being accepted for a future graduate role within Airbus.

Our two-year graduate programme (three years for finance) sees you to play a pivotal role in current and future projects. Airbus graduates have a chance to learn invaluable skills whilst developing personal and technical abilities.
