I am a team leader and so I have to work and manage the bar and/or kitchen. This can include team meetings and debriefs as well as the upkeep of the pub environment and product.

I am a supervisor and this involves me taking leadership of staff members and the overall shift.

Assisting the general manager with the running of a pub. Including serving customers, back office admin, and cellar maintenance.

This includes setting up and prepping areas for service and maintaining standards
