London Property Administrator Placement
At Peer Group
Placement (10 Months+)
As a London Property Administrator I deal with tenants and suppliers with lots of opportunities to get involved in building projects, asset and financial management.
I have enjoyed having a role in bigger projects such as a commercial to residential conversion in one of our properties. It has been insightful keeping a close eye on the processes behind planning, organising, and executing developing a unit. Property management involves a lot of dealing with different types of people.
It has been a challenge working out how to get the best outcome for all parties and the best ways to deal with certain types of people. I have learnt the importance of logging information and the best ways to analyse and portray my findings.
My advice to another student looking to join Peer Group is to get involved in as many projects with as many people as you can. Everyone is happy to help you and you get as much out of the role as you put in to it.
