Peer Group specialises in commercial and residential real estate. Owning and managing properties in the office, retail, industrial and residential sectors.
Peer Group's strategy is to secure growth through the considered asset management of the existing portfolio and the acquisition of carefully chosen investment and development opportunities.
You will gain an insight into the various departments at the company such as, Legal, Finance, Facilities, Building Surveying and Property Management.
We have two placement students each year that help out with the administrative tasks, assisting both the Property Managers and the Accounts Team. When they are more settled into their roles, they will take on further responsibilities within the team and develop their skillsets throughout their time with us.
