I am thoroughly enjoying my apprenticeship at Parker Meggitt. The experience has been incredibly rewarding, allowing me to build on my Level 3 qualification and apply my knowledge to real-world projects. The team is supportive and always willing to share their expertise, which has helped me grow both professionally and personally. Working with advanced technology and contributing to impactful projects has been exciting and fulfilling.

Parker Meggitt’s commitment to training and development has made this apprenticeship an amazing opportunity, and I am grateful to be part of such a forward-thinking company.

Furthermore, the Apprenticeship has allowed me to be who I want to be, I have learned first and foremost that it’s not just about the knowledge that makes you a good engineer at Parker Meggitt but about your characteristics and skills. Are we able to make a mistake and bounce back, are we team players, and of course can we become our best selves. These are all the things Parker Meggitt teaches you to do. My advice for anyone thinking of joining is don’t be afraid to fall before you touch the stars.
