Parker Meggitt was my standout choice when researching apprenticeships, due to their great reputation regarding their apprenticeship program and their commitment to employee development.

The aerospace industry is a fast-paced, challenging environment to work in, however when settling into my new role I felt confident and relaxed due to the support from my team. The highlight of my apprenticeship so far has been working in the Lean department. Here, I have learned about process improvement and efficiency, solving problems that occur on the shop floor and optimising the flow of parts in our value streams, which has been incredibly valuable. The best advice I can give is to embrace the Parker Meggitt culture – everyone here will help you become the best version of yourself!
