Most interesting part about my role?
What engages me the most is Maven’s open culture. I can ask questions at any point and receive thoughtful answers, whether it’s from a graduate trader or one of the co-CEOs! The continuous flow of ideas and perspectives means each day provides unparalleled learning opportunities.
Why did you join Maven?
I was first introduced to Maven during their Sixth-Form work-experience programme and was immediately impressed by the firm’s collaborative and inclusive atmosphere! The week highlighted Maven’s relentless focus on innovation, and, just as importantly, its sincere commitment to the growth and well-being of its people. That combination convinced me that Maven is the ideal environment to build my career.
Hobbies outside work? How do I unwind?
Maintaining an active lifestyle is important to me, so I spend most evenings kickboxing. I also enjoy table-football, playing Fortnite with friends, watching Marvel movies, and going to The Hawthorns to see West Bromwich Albion play whenever possible!
