How are you finding the apprenticeship/graduate/placement route?

I found the graduate route to be supportive, with a lot of trust being given to me whilst working towards my APC. I completed valuations, asset management and advisory and land assembly work for large infrastructure schemes.

Describe your experience of the culture during your time with us?

Enjoyable. I have been trusted to get involved in a variety of work to broaden my knowledge and find where my real passions lie.

What is your favourite thing about the team you were working in?

I work in a small team of 5, part of the wider Asset Management profit centre. We are all actively supportive of one another, always having a laugh but getting the job done. It makes my work life significantly more enjoyable.
