The moment I’m most proud of in my Williams apprenticeship was working trackside at the TPC in Bahrain. I’d always wanted hands-on experience at the circuit, and being part of the trackside operation was a huge milestone. It gave me invaluable exposure to the pace, precision and teamwork of a live environment, and reminded me exactly why I wanted to work in motorsport.
