When considering an apprenticeship at Williams, my two pieces of advice are: first, get your application in - even if you doubt your chances, you’ve got to be in it to win it. Second, get as much hands-on experience as you can. Academia is great, but you need to show your work ethic and your ability to integrate into a team.
