During my time at Williams, I’ve built strong machining skills through my apprenticeship. My first year at college gave me the core engineering fundamentals, and I’ve been able to build on that by learning CNC machining and programming to produce high-quality metallic components. I’ve also learnt how vital teamwork is - asking questions, leaning on the people around me, and growing through shared knowledge.
