Operations & Supply chain Intern Review

I was a Supply Chain Intern.
- Coordinating with other departments to make sure that we have the required stock levels to meet the customer demand
- Daily reporting for orders fulfilled during that day
- Working on projects and helping other teams on their projects as well
- Coming with ideas towards improving our operations efficiency
- Building and developing relationships with our business customers (B2B) and resolving any operational issues that may occur

Yes major responsibility. At loreal you are not treated as just another intern. You are treated as a colleague and become an indispensable part of the team. Just within 2 months of my placement I was leading a very important project which involved a number of different stakeholders.

Yes, I am learning something new every single day!! on the job and from loreal's my learning platform. I absolutely love it and we also get opportunity to learn from industry leaders within loreal.

The support from my manager was really great! anything I would need help in he was there to help- and provide me with constructive feedback which drastically helped me to improve my performance. Also, there was always someone to help if I needed it

Overall super friendly atmosphere - Everyone is supportive and ready to go above and beyond to help someone. Here people are with positive attitude and eager to learn new skills and get better together.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my placement year so far! I have not only developed intellectually but also professional which is really going to help in my future career.
