Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Dealing with shared inbox requests regarding internal applications.
Creating instructional materials to aid the understanding of internal employees (company wide materials).
Taking calls and requests from members of the company from across the globe.
Producing monthly data reports on regions from across the world regarding their NPS scores and survey results.
Working with colleagues from all over the globe to resolve issues linked to invoices and survey submissions. Providing solutions to their problems is key.

Yes. I was given a lot of responsibilities in certain projects. I would either ask to take the opportunity or it was delegated to me.
