Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Help line manager and wider team on tasks including data collection, data analysis, process automation, trade signal analysis, back test and PPT slides preparation.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I was given the responsibility to code and back test a trading strategy in Python by myself and visualise the results.
In the second rotation, I was also given the responsibility of update the wider team of potential business/trade opportunities everyday.
