Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
We spent the first day learning about people and culture , and had many different talks from people on their careers to and independent of BP,
We had talks from very interesting people from within and external to BP.
We explored IOC to IEC and net zero ambitions and also did a day of shadowing,
Finaly we had a mental health day and also had professional headshots taken

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
One of the biggest takeaways is how big BP is, you really get a feel for the breadth of the company and how it will expand

Very friendly and kind , real emphasises on the community within bp and the care and commitment everyone shows.
