Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
We spent the first two days doing online training. This required us to engage in talks about DB, banking, and TDI in banking. The proceeding 3 days were in person where we got to network with employees, hear more about the bank, and have smaller group sessions.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
In TDI we learnt about multiple different roles including Data Science, FX Brokerage, API handling, Artificial Intelligence. It was coherent throughout our time that Google Cloud is a central part of the banks operations and we also got to hear from a few of their representatives.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I enjoyed it very much, most importantly the practical parts. For example, we required to fill in a few online games as well as produce a video during training.
