The programme is great and offers the best of both the uni world and the workplace. We are very well supported and given all of the right guidance

I have learnt many new skills such as financial modelling whilst also developing existing skills such as communication, time management and teamwork

The programme is very well structured and organised to ensure we get the best out of university life whilst providing a good foundation in our career

I receive excellent support with a programme manager dedicated to making the programme as best as it can be and is always open to listening to feedback

There are frequent events both team wide and across the bank. Also, we have a junior network dedicated to ensuring more junior employees receive exposure to senior people and support us through learning
