Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Engaged in social events daily, doing ad hoc tasks for my supervisor and other associates in the team as well as two research tasks over the two week period.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was amazing, learning about my potential TC route and track to partner or counsel. I also learnt about client secondments, international secondments, the best practice areas to sit in for my own development and interests like project finance. I also learnt about Latham supporting me on the ability to move to other clients and in house counsel.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Very informal and energetic. Everyone would give you their time, regardless of (or rather lack of) hierarchy. Everyone was driven by ability and potential to succeed, and everyone wanted to uplift me and make me the best that I could during the two weeks.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I enjoyed every moment of the scheme. Everyone was a pleasure to talk to and every task was engaging, informative, and gave me the ability to develop my own skills. The social events cultivated our cohort into a true friendship group and I would enjoy working with every single individual there.
