RISE spring intern Review

We had the opportunity to:
Work with and learn from experienced professionals in various areas of the bank, including corporate finance, technology, risk management, and more.
We had the opportunity to network with other interns, as well as with professionals from across the bank.
We finally had the opportunity to present your work to senior leaders within the bank, giving you exposure and recognition for your contributions.
All this and more was available during the week

During my time in the Deutsche Bank RISE Insight program, I was able to gain a deeper understanding of the financial services industry and the potential roles that are available within it. This was an exciting and eye-opening experience, as it gave me a glimpse into the diverse range of career opportunities available within the industry.
One of the things I found most valuable was the opportunity to speak with professionals from different areas of the bank. I was able to learn about their roles, their career paths, and the skills and qualifications required for success in their respective areas. This was particularly helpful in terms of understanding the potential career paths available to me, and the steps I could take to pursue those paths.
Overall, the experience of understanding all about the business and potential roles available was incredibly valuable. It helped me develop a clearer sense of my own career goals and aspirations, and gave me the knowledge and insights I need to pursue those goals.

During my time in the Deutsche Bank RISE Insight program, I had the opportunity to develop a range of skills that have been valuable in my career. The program gave me exposure to the financial services industry and helped me develop my industry knowledge. I learned about different areas of the bank, such as corporate finance, technology, and risk management, and gained an understanding of some of the challenges and opportunities facing the industry today.

I found the company culture and general atmosphere to be welcoming, inclusive, and collaborative. From the moment I arrived at the office, I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm by everyone I met. This created a positive and supportive environment that encouraged me to learn and grow.
One of the things that stood out to me about the company culture was the emphasis onteamwork and collaboration. Everyone I worked with was eager to help and support one another, and there was a strong sense of camaraderie and shared purpose. This made it easy to ask questions and seek feedback, and helped us work together more effectively as a team.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time in the Deutsche Bank RISE Insight program. It was a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to the financial services industry and to develop my skills and knowledge in a supportive and collaborative environment.
One of the things I enjoyed most about the program was the opportunity to work on a real project with a team of colleagues. This gave me the chance to apply the skills and knowledge I was learning in a practical setting, and to see the impact of our work in real time. It was also a great opportunity to work closely with other talented and motivated individuals, and to learn from their perspectives and experiences.
