Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Networking events, presentation of its different divisions and activities, games related to teamwork and trading. Trading and investment banking simulations.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was really interesting. Even though I was very determined with my choices, it was really useful learning about the different divisions to gain a greater and big picture understanding.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The company culture was absolutely amazing. I was impressed on how everybody took time off of their busy schedules to come and talk to us spring interns. Everybody that I talked to seemed extremely happy with their jobs and it inspired me to try and join the firm myself.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I absolutely loved the insight. I particularly loved it because of the diverse range of people I got to meet. Their diverse backgrounds, their diverse experiences was an eye-opening experience. I also really liked the structure of the program. However, I do feel like the more interactive sessions like the ones on Wednesday and Thursday were more useful to us.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Bank of America
I would advise to do your homework concerning the banks activities and its culture. I would also encourage them to really be themselves and show a genuine interest in the bank.
