Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Global Industrials Group
• Built SOTP valuations for Honeywell and IFF post spin-off, using peer benchmarking and equity bridge analysis
• Developed an LBO model for a P2P (public-to-private) target profile on Atkore, running sensitivity analysis on sponsor
returns across entry premiums and exit multiples, and presented it to the team
• Assisted on sponsor pitches for EQT and ADIA, analysing investment opportunities in the services and infrastructure sector
• Maintained P2P target lists across the Building Materials and Diversified Industrials verticals, and assisted on two RfPs
Financial Institutions Group
• Assisted the deal team advising the buy-side fund on a live M&A process for the c.€6bn EV acquisition of a US-based
insurance broker changing private equity ownership, analysing the sector's M&A landscape by subproduct and geography
• Produced client-ready presentations and comparative bank analysis (RoTE, CET1, trading comps) for FIG Iberia clients
