Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The first day was virtual where we were given an overview to the programme. We had the chance to hear about our specific line of service and meet our buddies for the programme. The second and third days were in the office. In the office, I had the opportunity to speak to different members of the Employer Brand team, listen in on their meetings, and also speak and shadow Student Recruitment.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Very insightful. It was great to learn about the importance of digital marketing, particularly through LinkedIn and other social media platforms

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Extremely welcoming. Everyone I met was lovely and put in a lot of effort to make me feel comfortable in the office. I learned that there is a very supportive and collaborative culture in the office which was great to see.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I enjoyed the insight a lot. It was great so sit with the Employer Brand team, here about what they do as well as see it first hand. It was also insightful coming into an office, working office hours, eating in the office canteen and just getting a flavour of what life at PwC is like.
