Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Day 1: Intro to the programme and Citi, panel talks
Day 2: Insight sessions into markets and BCMA, amplify trading simulation
Day 3: Another amplify trading simulation and more insight sessions, networking
Day 4 and 5: Spent with chosen business area and taking part in case studies

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Very detailed and comprehensive approach from Citi to help everyone understand the different divisions, with particular focus given to your choses division. Really enjoyed all the learning and learnt much more about both banking and Citi than I could from online.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
Developed teamwork and communication skills with the group sessions and in talking with lots of different employees at all levels of the firm. Also learnt more about processes such as IPOs and skills required in different divisions.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Very open and down to earth, at all levels of the business. Emphasis on learning and everyone was really nice, felt very personal and like a great firm to work at.
