Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
We gained insights about what the bank is offering as products and services, along with the opportunity to interact with current employees in the bank to learn about what their working lives are like. We were offered plenty of networking opportunities, both with our peers and current employees.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
During the desk shadowing, the current employees introduced their responsibilities and tasks to us. Also in the presentation sessions, informative insights were given that helped us understand what they were doing better.
