Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

This spring week involved attending divisional talks, trading and coding simulations, Q&A sessions with Citi graduates, an escape room game, and the last 2 days were solely focused on talks/sessions from the division you chose

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

This spring week was fantastic for getting a deep insight into each business division and helped me understand which one I would be best suited for.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Very focused on equality and diversity and the promotion of both of these in the workplace.
The employees were very transparent and friendly individuals who clearly have a passion for their roles.

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

Despite the online format, it was an absolutely fantastic experience and I would recommend it to anyone who may have even the slightest interest in Finance, you never know what you will learn about yourself!
