Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

Talks, case studies and networking. We were given tours of the office and trading floor and given an opportunity to shadow interns currently in markets.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

There was a good range of roles and time allocated to each. It would have been nice to it global payment solutions earlier so there was more understanding of what it is

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

The culture was very open and honest. The general atmosphere was more relaxed than other banks. Would have been nice to know that the traders are still less diverse than other divisions
