Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The insight was virtual and consisted of a series of talks and group activities. The aim of the program was to provide more information about bp and the roles and opportunities that are available. There was also some opportunity to network with current graduates and ask questions.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
There was a lot of new information that I had learnt as part of the week. I found it interesting and insightful.

I definitely developed my networking skills and also my communication and teamwork skills. Part of the program involved a group exercise where we gave a presentation about what we had learned from the week to the rest of the participants.

The general atmosphere was warm and inviting. The company culture seemed quite centered around their core values and also diversion and inclusivity.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to bp
Make sure you are well informed about the company and its values, particularly for the interview. Practice answering general questions about yourself and your experience. For the tests, some sample tests are available online for practice.
