Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAM?
It has been a good job so far while i have been on secondments on other live working sites. My main project role has been very dull but this is due to planning and client constraints so out with BAM's control.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Site engineering role so this cany very widely, mainly setting out and helping prepare areas for works but also health and safety audits and quality inspections.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

On live sites you are contributing directly as works are being built as you prepare them.
