Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
I perform testing procedures across different areas of a client's financial statements. This includes requesting samples from clients and speaking with them to understand their processes. Then I would document my findings and evidence in workpapers on Microsoft Excel.

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
I felt adequately supported by my seniors who were patient with questions. The early careers team provided a lot of guidance at the start which helped ease the transition from student to professional. But managers were often too busy to provide support or feedback.
