Overall, how would you describe your experience at Boeing UK?
So far it has been very interesting, the work environment is very positive and everyone I have spoken to represents the company well and is very supportive. There has been lots of opportunities to learn and grow my career. There has also been lots of opportunities to travel, which has been very helpful for building my network.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Solving problems that arise in various projects, and going through the work of my more experienced peers.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

There is always feedback given on my work, and the guidance to improve is always positive.
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

The base pay is not as high as other Grad schemes but there are very good benefits that come with working for Boeing. I get a yearly bonus and private medical insurance amongst other things.
How well do you feel the role is preparing you for your future career?
