Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Guiding people around the building, keeping a headcount on people entering lecture theatres, making sure the lecturer theatre is tidy, being a friendly and welcoming person to potential students to come to the university, discussing my experience at university with parents and young people, providing directions to people across the university campus.
