Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

The programme is structured over the 3 days like this:
- day one you get to learn from and speak with members of organisations. The activities are mostly focused on building a solid understanding of what the companies values and objectives are.
- day 2 is assessment day
- day 3 you have the chance to receive feedback on your performance in the assessment and ask further self development question to members of the team.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

It was challenging since the organisation is very complex and there are a lot of areas covered within it. The members of the team were very good at explaining and breaking it down so that we could understand it.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Great it was very welcoming, engaging and most importantly it gave us guidance on how to handle hurdles we might face in the future.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

I enjoyed the insight a lot because I was exposed to a different variety of successful people in my community and it made me more confident in believing that I could be like them one day.
