Placement Project Support Officer Review

· Project Support and Resource Development: Lead on targeted resource improvement projects, including updating workshop materials and enhancing digital and in-person content using team insight, student feedback and best practice.
· Communications and Engagement: Plan and deliver communication activities, contributing to email campaigns and digital content (e.g. LinkedIn) to increase student engagement with placements.
· Content Development and Impact: Develop impact-focused content, including compiling and presenting testimonials and case studies to evidence success, support marketing activity and inform future service development.
· Peer Mentoring Project Support: Assist with the new Placement Peer Mentoring Project by identifying, liaising with and connecting second-year students preparing applications with final-year students who have completed a placement year.

I had to develop and deliver the Project, as well as complete the whole process start to finish.

Project management skills through planning and supporting the launch of a
new mentoring scheme.
Data analysis skills by using student data to identify target groups and inform  
recruitment strategies.
Communication skills through creating recruitment messaging and engaging
with stakeholders.
Stakeholder management skills by working with placement staff, faculties
and Careers teams.
Confidence and initiative by taking ownership of elements of the project and
contributing ideas
